Chứng minh tài chính:
- Real estate, car documents (copy of the original)
- Bank account statement for the last 3 months (original with bank confirmation)
- Certificate of current balance of ATM card or passbook (original with bank confirmation)
Proof of work:
** If it's a Business
- Business license (original copy)
- Receipt of CIT payment this year and previous year (original copy)
- Statement of active account of the company for the last 3 months (original with the bank's seal)
** If Employee
- Labor contract (original copy or copy certified by the company)
- Salary slip of the last 3 months (copy, stamped with company stamp) or salary confirmation of the last 3 months (original with company certification)
- Leave application form (original, certified by the company) clearly stating the period of leave
